As Deputy General Manager, Gerald Tan plays a key role in driving EJ Consultancy Services’ strategic growth and client success. An Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax & GST), ACCA, and MBA holder, he combines strong financial expertise with strategic and operational leadership. He led the implementation of the firm’s online HR and payroll system, and holds certifications in Employment Intermediaries and PDPA, reflecting his strengths in talent acquisition and data protection compliance. With prior experience in the Malaysian accounting landscape, Gerald enhances the firm’s cross-border capabilities and is committed to optimizing client resources, refining processes, and delivering sustainable, value-driven solutions.

Head of Department (Corporate Secretarial & Tax)

Chin Jia Hao

Chin Jia Hao is a key leader in the Corporate Secretarial & Tax Department, with strong experience in Singaporean and Malaysian accounting and tax. An Accredited Tax Professional (Income Tax) and Provisional Tax Professional (GST), he specializes in GST, corporate, and individual tax compliance, and provides strategic advisory on complex Singapore tax matters. He has improved operational efficiency by implementing new SOPs and plays an active mentoring role, overseeing job assignments and reviewing team work. His prior experience as an auditor in a major firm enhances his expertise in accounting, audit, and cross-border regulatory matters.
